Price Match Guarantee

(a) We are happy to match our prices with any service providers offering identical services. In order to qualify for a price match:

1. the service must be the exact same technology and treatment that we are offering;
2. the service provider must be located within and provide the services within the Sydney region;
3. you must provide us with a written quote from the service provider, received within the last 14 days;
4. the quote shown must be inclusive of all charges, including GST.

(b) The following items are excluded from this clause:

1. LED light therapy services;
2. quotes from other service providers received through coupon, loyalty or VIP offers;
3. quotes from other service providers where there is a clear pricing error; and
4. our own products or services, for example, if they are marked down after you purchase them.

(c) We reserve the right to determine what is a comparable technology and treatment.

(d) We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for this price match benefit.
